Research publications

I was part of the Stanford-UCSF research team studying higher-calorie refeeding for hospitalized patients with anorexia nervosa, work that has shifted how hospitals approach nutritional rehabilitation for young people.

Speaking

I speak regularly at professional conferences and trainings on ARFID nutrition care and management, adolescent eating disorder treatment, and refeeding. For speaking inquiries, please get in touch.
