Working together

These are the ways I can help, whether you are here for yourself, for your child, or as a fellow professional. A free 20-minute call is how we find the right starting point.

1:1 Nutrition Counseling

For children, teens, and young adults, whether you are recovering from an eating disorder, navigating ARFID, or working toward a calmer, less anxious relationship with food. We begin with a thorough assessment, then meet regularly to build skills and confidence at a pace that fits you. I coordinate closely with your therapist, physician, and the rest of your care team.

  • Virtual in 7 states
  • In person in the SF Bay Area
  • Weekly or biweekly
  • Individualized care

Parent & Family Support

If your child is in recovery, you are on the treatment team whether anyone told you or not. I coach parents on meal support, meal planning, and steadying mealtimes at home, in a way that is consistent with Family-Based Treatment. Sessions can include your child or be just for you.

  • FBT-aligned
  • With or without your child
  • Practical, at-home tools

Professional Consultation

Case consultation and mentorship for dietitians, therapists, physicians, and pediatric teams who want to build confidence in eating disorder and ARFID nutrition care. Available as a one-time case review or ongoing support.

Speaking & Workshops

Talks, workshops, and trainings for conferences, clinical teams, schools, and parent groups. Topics include ARFID nutrition management, refeeding, weight-inclusive care, and supporting the ARFID family at home.

What to expect

How working together looks

Step one · free

A free 20-minute call

We talk about what's going on and what you're hoping for. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit, and if I'm not, I'll help point you toward someone who is.

Step two · 60 to 90 minutes

Initial nutrition assessment

Our first full session, in person or virtual. We take the time to understand your history, medical picture, relationship with food, and your goals, so we build a plan on a real foundation.

Step three · 15 to 90 minutes, as needed

Follow-up sessions

We meet weekly or every other week, adjusting the length and focus to what you need. Some sessions are one-on-one, some are parent coaching, and I stay in close contact with the rest of your care team.
